Offline applications are invited from the citizens of India for the following posts at JSB Civil Hospital, Kajalgaon, Chirang under the Internal Performance Agreement (IPA) on a contractual basis for a period of 6 (six) months.

5 CSSD Technician 1 HS Passed (Science) + Diploma in CSSD ₹15,000 (Fixed)
6 Data Entry Operator 2 HS Passed + Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application ₹11,000 (Fixed)
7 Receptionist/Registrar 4 HS Passed + Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application ₹11,000 (Fixed)
8 Dhobi 2 Class VIII Pass + 1 year experience in Dhobi service ₹10,000 (Fixed)
9 Cleaner 4 Class VIII Pass + 1 year experience in cleaner service ₹10,000 (Fixed)

How to Apply:

  1. Use Standard Form (Assam Gazette Part-IX).
  2. Attach two recent passport-size self-attested photographs.
  3. Clearly mention the post name on top of the envelope.
  4. Attach self-attested copies of:
    • Educational certificates
    • Admit cards
    • Mark sheets
    • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  5. Bring original documents including Voter ID and Aadhaar Card for the interview.
  6. Send completed form to:

Important Notes:

  • No claim for salary increment, extension, or regularization after contract.
  • Job is purely contractual for 6 months, may be extended based on performance.
